Byron, Kelly and Charles "Chigger"
 

Hibbitts & Parrott Real Estate was started by Charles "Chigger" Hibbitts in 1977. Charles has been a real estate broker since the 1970's beginning first in Granbury, Texas. Charles and his family moved to Throckmorton in January of 1981. In addition to real estate, Charles owned and operated his own oil company for many years in Throckmorton. He is an elder in the church he and his family attend and he has served the community on various boards and committees. He has been married to his wife, Barbara for over 45 years. They have three children, four grandchildren, and one great-grand child.

Byron Parrott joined Charles in 1999 as a real estate agent. Byron was raised in Throckmorton and graduated from Tarleton State University in 1971. He has always been involved in farming and ranching in and around the Throckmorton area. Byron also has experience as a savings and loan officer and chief appraiser for First Federal Savings & Loan of Paris, TX. In 2007 Byron acquired his broker's license and became a partner with Charles changing the name from "Charles Hibbitts Real Estate" to "Hibbitts & Parrott Real Estate". Byron has three children and two grand children.

Kelly Bland joined Charles and Byron in 2006 after receiving her real estate license. She and her husband, Bill, live in Stephens County on a ranch just south of Woodson, Texas. Kelly was raised in Munday and attended Angelo State University in San Angelo. She and Bill have been married almost 20 years. They have two daughters .
